Sentinel Logistics Group LLC (“Sentinel”, “we”, “us”) is a hot shot trucking carrier based in Northern Idaho (USDOT 4545262, MC 1804374). This policy explains what we collect through undersentinel.com, how we use it and what choices you have.

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name or company, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, a description of the load including size and weight, and the date you need it. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us. Like most websites, our site and its hosting also log basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to quote, schedule, dispatch and deliver your freight, to contact you about your request, to invoice you and keep the records the law requires of motor carriers, and to keep the site secure and free of spam. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your request.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with marketers.
Who sees it
Quote requests go by email to the owners of Sentinel. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, website hosting and security providers, and with shippers, receivers, insurers or authorities when a load or the law requires it. These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and shipping records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, insurance and tax requirements, and then delete them.
