These terms apply to your use of undersentinel.com and to quote requests made through it. Sentinel Logistics Group LLC (USDOT 4545262, MC 1804374) is a motor carrier. We are not a freight broker.

Quotes

A quote request on this site is not a booking. A price and pickup are confirmed with you directly by phone or email, and a shipment is accepted only when we confirm it. Quotes depend on the load details you give us, such as dimensions, weight, locations and timing. If those change, the price may change.

Your load and its information

You are responsible for describing the freight accurately, including weight and size, and for telling us about anything hazardous, oversize or fragile. We may decline or stop a haul that is unsafe or illegal, or that does not match what was described.

Bill of lading and carrier liability

Each shipment moves under a bill of lading. Our liability for loss or damage is governed by the bill of lading and applicable federal law. We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance and $100,000 in cargo insurance. Cargo claims must be reported in writing as set out in the bill of lading.

Delivery times

We work to the pickup and delivery windows we agree with you. Weather, road closures, breakdowns and other events outside our control can cause delays, and we will tell you as early as we can.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before the haul and shown on your invoice or bill of lading.

Using this site

The site and its content, including the Sentinel name, logo and artwork, belong to Sentinel Logistics Group LLC. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. The site is provided as is, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
